First Friends: A Greensboro, NC Quaker Church

Please help us usher in 2012 this weekend at the 10th (and final) 24-Hours of Prayers for Peace. This beautiful event begins Saturday at Noon- Lisa Moran will bring the message at the Opening Meeting for Worship. New Garden Friends will join us for service Saturday, at 11:30pm, and Bob Plain will speak at Sunday's Closing Meeting for Worship at 11am. Childcare will be available during Saturday Noon and Sunday morning services.

There are openings for folks who want to sign up to be Greeters, or hold the space as Prayers. Call the office for available times. Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas, Friends! Please join us for Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, Sat. 5:30pm in the Fellowship Hall. Meghan Hoffman will share John Odom's "The Westminster Bells". And Christmas morning, "come as you are" for 11am Meeting for Worship. Deborah will share a Christmas reflection. Childcare available with Karyle in the nursery during both services. We look forward to sharing this holiday with you and yours!
